Every tool works without an account. The same operations run through the API: the free plan includes 100 credits a month, and a simple render costs 1 credit.

If you only need the .jpg ending, renaming the file is enough, with no tool and no loss. Vector drawings, charts, logos drawn with shapes, and text are not pictures, so they are not extracted. This is also not the same as turning pages into images.
Resize and compress
Make files smaller or fit an exact size or aspect ratio.

By default the tool keeps the format of your picture, so a photo stays a JPG and a transparent PNG stays a PNG. It handles one picture at a time and only makes a picture smaller.

This page lists those numbers from YouTube's help page and has a free resizer that sets your picture to 2560 x 1440. The resizer opens with the box filled in and the fit set to crop the extra.
