Terms of Service

aiipworld.com is operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC, a United States limited liability company. By using the web tools, the dashboard or the API, you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

The service converts content into files: HTML or a URL to PDF, and web page screenshots. It is offered through free web tools (which need no account and have per-minute and daily limits), and through an account with credits, which can be used on the web and through the API. We may add, change or remove tools and features.

Accounts and API keys

• Give a valid email address and verify it before signing in. Keep your password and API keys secret.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account or your API keys. If you think a key or password has been exposed, revoke the key or change the password and contact us.
• You may not share an account to get around limits, or create several accounts to get around a plan.

Credits and plans

• Credits. One credit pays for one simple conversion. Larger outputs, such as long documents or very large files, can cost more. Credits are reserved when you submit a job and adjusted when it finishes, so the final charge reflects the actual result.
• Failed and timed-out jobs are refunded. Their credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Monthly plan credits are given at the start of each billing period. They reset at the start of the next period and do not roll over. The free plan uses calendar months in UTC.
• Credit packs do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If we raise the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the change, and the new price applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before then to avoid it.
• Annual plans: on an annual plan you are billed once a year and receive your plan's monthly credit allowance once each month, counted from your subscription start date. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy also collects and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT. The payment transaction itself is governed by the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and its privacy policy, in addition to these terms.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. A first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 14 days; see the refund policy for the details.

Your content

You keep the rights to the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, and it is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy. You must have the right to submit any content and to capture any web page you ask us to convert.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It is part of these terms.

Availability, no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise any level of uptime, speed or conversion accuracy, and we do not offer a service level agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard (you will need your password, and any paid subscription must be cancelled first); see the privacy policy for what is removed and what is kept. We may suspend or close access, including revoking API keys, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if your use puts the service or others at risk. Data is handled after closure as described in the privacy policy. If we close your account for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, we do not refund subscription fees or credits you have already used. If we believe we made a mistake, we may restore access or credits at our discretion; see the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor SKYSEED TECH LLC are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice, by email to the address on your account. Minor changes, such as fixing a typo or clarifying wording, take effect when we post them on this page. We update the date at the bottom of this page each time. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and, if you wish, delete your account.

Governing law

SKYSEED TECH LLC is a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the State of Wyoming. These terms do not require arbitration.
