Price List Template
This Price List Template helps you make a clean PDF of what you charge for your products or services. Add groups, items and prices, choose a currency, and create the file. The tool is free, and you do not need an account. A price list shows prices to customers, so use it for prices, not for asking one customer to pay.
- The free web tool prints at most the first 10 pages.
- Nothing is calculated. The tool does not add tax, apply discounts or total your prices.
- Results vary with your input. Check every price in the PDF before you use it.
Use this only for real price lists issued by you or by the business you act for. Creating documents in someone else's name, or to misrepresent a transaction or identity, is not allowed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Result
Your PDF will appear here.
The free web tool prints at most the first 10 pages. For longer documents, use the API.
Retention: web-tool results are deleted after 10 minutes. API results are kept 1 day on the free plan and 7 days on Starter and Pro (30 days on Business and Scale). A record of each job (type, time, status and credits, not what you submitted) is kept for 30 days without an account, or while your account exists if you are signed in.
No account needed
10 per minute and 50 per day for free.
Real browser rendering
Headless Chromium, the same engine as the API.
Deleted automatically
Web tool results are removed after 10 minutes.
Privacy: what you submit is used only to make this file. It is deleted when the job ends, also from the job record, and the result is deleted after 10 minutes. See the privacy policy.
Do this from your code
The same request, built from the input and options above. Create an account to get an API key.
curl -X POST https://api.aiipworld.com/v1/render \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $AIIPWORLD_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"html":"","output":"pdf","options":{}}'
# returns {"job_id": "...", "status": "queued"}; then poll:
curl https://api.aiipworld.com/v1/jobs/JOB_ID -H "Authorization: Bearer $AIIPWORLD_API_KEY"Batches
The web tool handles 1 document at a time. The API takes one request per document, so you can script as many as your plan allows.
More control
Headers and footers, page ranges, scale, custom page size, wait conditions and request headers are API options. See the docs.
Retention
Web-tool results are kept 10 minutes; free API results 1 day; Starter and Pro results 7 days; Business and Scale 30 days. The web tool allows 10 conversions per minute and 50 per day per visitor.

How it works
- Type a list title, and add your business name and contact details if you want them printed.
- Set the effective date and, if you want, a valid until date. Then choose a currency and a paper size.
- Add groups and items. Give each item a name, an optional description and unit, and a price.
- Add notes if you need them, then create the PDF.
- Check the PDF before you hand it out. You are responsible for the prices you print.
Example output
How to make a price list
A price list shows what you charge, grouped, with one price for each item. You can hand it to customers, place it on a counter or attach it to an email. It is not an invoice, which asks one customer for payment, and it is not an estimate, which proposes a price for one job.
Start with the list title, which is "Price list" by default. Add your business name and contact details if you want them on the page. Each line of contact details is printed as you type it.
Add groups and items
Groups help customers find what they want. You can add up to 12 groups and up to 150 items in all. Each group has an optional name, which prints as a colored bar across the table, and then its own items.
Each item needs a name. You can also add a description and a unit, such as "each", "hour" or "box". The sample list uses three groups, Mugs and cups, Tea and Services, from the fictional Sample Goods Co. Treat the form as a template of price list. Keep the layout and change the groups and items for each new list.
Prices: numbers and text
A plain number, such as 9.50 or 1,200, prints as money in the currency you chose, for example $9.50. Anything else prints exactly as you typed it. You can enter "from 25", "Free" or "On request" in the price field.
An empty price stays empty in the PDF. Check each price after you create the file, because the tool prints what you enter and does not check it.
Choose the currency
You can choose USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF or INR. Amounts use US-English number formatting, so a large price can print as $1,234.50.
When at least one price is a plain number, the PDF prints a line such as "Prices in USD." under the table. That line uses the currency you chose.
Description and unit columns
The table can show a description column and a unit column. Both are on by default. Turn off a column if you do not need it, and the table uses the space for the others.
Use the unit column for how a price applies, such as "each", "hour" or "box". Use the description for short details that help a customer choose.
Effective date and valid until
The effective date is optional, and it defaults to today. The valid until date is also optional. Both dates print at the top right of the page as you type them.
The date picker writes the date as year-month-day. If you type a date by hand, check that it looks the way you want it to print.
Price list template free: what you get
This price list template free of charge gives you a full layout with a title, business details, dates, a table, group bars, a currency line and notes. You do not pay to use the free web tool, and you do not need an account to start.
The sample price list template below the tool is an A4 PDF with fictional names, three groups, USD and the notes "Prices exclude tax. Volume discounts are available on request." Use it to see the layout before you enter your own list.
Price sheet template for products and services
This price sheet template works for goods, services or both. Put products and services in separate groups so customers can scan them quickly. Use the unit column for services, such as "hour".
The tool does not add logos, product pictures or barcodes. Keep the page to text and prices, or add your own design in another tool.
Page size, margins and long lists
Choose A4 or Letter. The page has 15 mm margins. The table header repeats on later pages, and rows are not split across pages.
Longer lists flow onto more pages. The free web tool prints at most the first 10 pages, so check the page count before you create the PDF.
A price list from a spreadsheet
The price list tool does not import from a spreadsheet. If your prices are already in a spreadsheet, you can save them as a CSV file and use the CSV to PDF tool instead. That tool turns a CSV file into a table PDF.
The layout of that table differs from this page, so compare a few prices with your original file before you share it.
Make price lists from code
You can make price lists with the same HTML to PDF API that the other form tools use. Your code builds the HTML and sends one request for each document. Send a POST request to https://api.aiipworld.com/v1/render with your API key in the Authorization header, the html value, output set to "pdf" and options such as format, margin and print_background.
The request returns a job ID. Poll GET /v1/jobs/:id until the status is succeeded, failed or timeout. When the job succeeds, download the file from download_url, which is a short-lived signed link. Failed and timed-out jobs are refunded. One request makes one PDF. Webhooks, saved templates and a batch endpoint do not exist yet. The page shows a ready cURL, Node and Python example built from what you entered in the form.
Privacy: what happens to your data
The form is turned into HTML in your browser, and that HTML is sent to our server. Headless Chromium prints it as a PDF on the server. Only what you type is printed. The tools do not add a company name, a logo, a barcode, a QR code or a watermark.
No account is needed for the free tool. There are no saved templates. Results are deleted after 10 minutes in the free web tool, and download links are short-lived. Keep your own copy of the file.
Anonymous use needs a human check with Cloudflare Turnstile. Signed-in users skip it and use credits, at 1 credit per PDF. Use only your own business or personal details, as the Acceptable Use Policy requires.
